Four held in Chhattisgarh with leopard skin

RAIPUR - Four people were arrested in Chhattisgarh with a leopard skin, police said Monday.

The arrests were made Sunday in Tarapur area in Raigarh district, about 240 km from here.

Police sent a decoy customer who struck a deal with the four poachers at Rs.150,000, Amrita Sori, sub-divisional police officer, told IANS by phone.

The four people were arrested while they finalised the deal with the policeman who was posing as a customer.

Police seized the leopard skin that had two bullet marks.
