Warm day ahead in Delhi

NEW DELHI - A bright and sunny morning greeted Delhiites Tuesday, with the weather officer predicting a warm day ahead.

The minimum temperature was two degrees above average at 22 degrees Celsius.

“The second day of the week is likely to be warm with the daytime temperature likely to touch a maximum of 34 degrees Celsius. The same weather pattern will continue for this week,” said an official at the India Meteorological Department.

The sky will be clear and it could be a bit humid during the day, the official said, adding that the humidity levels will remain high between 31 percent and 81 percent.
