Misty, chilly morning in Delhi

NEW DELHI - It was a misty and chilly morning in Delhi Wednesday, but the weather office forecast a warm day ahead.
The capital recorded a minimum temperature of 7.7 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season.
“It was a misty morning with shallow fog in some parts of the capital. The day is likely to be warm with maximum temperature expected to be around 22 degrees,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The maximum temperature Tuesday was 23.2 degrees Celsius, a notch below average for this time of the season, and the minimum was two notches below average at 6.3 degrees.
