NEW DELHI - After a gloomy, misty morning, it was a bright, sunny day in Delhi Monday. The fog is expected to continue during mornings in the coming days and likely to get thicker with the drop in temperature.

The maximum temperature was recorded at 25.1 degrees Celsius, a notch above the average, while the minimum was 6.8 degrees Celsius, also slightly above average

“Tuesday morning would be misty again. The fog may get thicker as the temperature dips in the days to come,” said an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official.

The maximum and minimum temperatures for Tuesday are expected to be around 22 and 7 degrees Celsius, respectively.

The maximum humidity for Monday was recorded at 94 percent.
