Delhi has a warm, pleasant day

NEW DELHI - Delhi was greeted by a slightly misty morning, but it was a relatively warm Friday as the maximum temperature was recorded at 23.5 degrees Celsius, two degrees above the season\’s average.
The day began on a pleasant note for Delhiites with the misty morning and mild sunshine, and cold breeze blew throughout the day.
\”The weather will be similar over the next couple of days,\” an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official here said.
\”The minimum temperature was recorded at 6.1 degrees Celsius, two degrees below average for this time of the season.\”
\”The maximum humidity was recorded at 91 percent and the minimum was 32 percent,\” the official added.
According to the IMD, Saturday will witness mist in the morning but the day would be clear with bright sunshine.
The maximum and minimum temperatures for Saturday are expected to be around 25 and 8 degrees Celsius, respectively.
