CHANDIGARH - In spite of a slight rise in the mercury during the day time, cold conditions continue to prevail during night and early morning in Punjab, Haryana and its joint capital Chandigarh.
“We have recorded a slight rise in the mercury during day time in all parts of Punjab and Haryana. However, there has been no respite from cold during the night and in the wee hours,” a Met official here said Thursday.
