Obama hits links for more Mass. island golf
EDGARTOWN, Mass. — It’s Sunday and President Barack Obama is on vacation, so that means it’s time for another round of golf on Martha’s Vineyard.
His motorcade got an early start for the Vineyard Golf Club for his second visit there during his summer break.
Obama also played on Friday at the Massachusetts island course, which is costly and exclusive but also known for its environmentally friendly landscaping practices.
It’s been a low-key vacation for the first family so far. The Obamas had a picnic lunch at the beach on Saturday, but otherwise has stayed close to the 30-acre farm compound where he’s staying.
