Bright, pleasant day in Delhi

NEW DELHI - It was a sunny Wednesday morning in the capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 9.3 degrees Celsius, a notch above average.
The maximum temperature is expected to hover around a relatively warmer 24 degrees, an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
“There was mist in the morning. But skies will remain clear during the day,” the official said.
The humidity levels hovered between a high of 98 percent and a low of 44 percent.
