Warm, bright morning in Delhi

NEW DELHI - Shallow fog early morning gave way to a warm and sunny day in the capital Wednesday. The minimum temperature was 8.6 degrees Celsius, a notch above the average.
“There was a light mist cover early morning but the day ahead would remain clear and bright. The humidity was recorded at 89 percent,” a Met department official said.
The maximum temperature will hover around 23.8 degrees Celsius.
