TRENTON (GaeATimes.com)- When other children were absorbed with play stations, cartoons and hanging out with their friends, sixth grader David Sukhin, of New Jersey, was completely engrossed in creating a very handy tool, that would make him predict, whether to go to school the next day or not. Later naming it as the Snow Day Calculator, he is now no less than one of the most intelligent kids in the state.

Snow Day Calculator was developed five years ago and David Sukhin is now in the 11th grade. He said that in five years, his formula has never been a failure. The main purpose of this calculator is that, it can predict when the school would announce a holiday as a result of heavy snowfall. When all other children used to wait for the morning call from the school, he could estimate the situation from the day before. Although he did not reveal much about how he came up with the idea, or how he developed the tool with his unique algorithm, he only disclosed, that he resorted to the Weather.gov, the policies of the school districts, and the status of local snow removal programs. He said that he has not changed the formatting of the tool in the last five years as it worked so properly, ever since he invented it.

Today, the Snow Day Calculator, designed by the very promising youth is one of the fastest trending topic in the internet, as people want to know more about the tool and the genius who developed it. Although the tool has become very popular, David Sukhin is still very secretive about the formula. Perhaps he does not want his credit to be shared by the rest!
